About the Role:
- Manage medical records workflows and coordinate outgoing specialty referrals.
- Oversee Release of Information requests and maintain HIPAA compliance.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor the EMR inbox, submit records requests, and track outstanding items.
- Receive and review incoming records, upload them to patient charts, and notify care teams.
- Track referrals through completion and partner with clinical teams to close loops.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of healthcare, medical records, or referral coordination experience.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, EMR systems, and strong organizational skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
