Contractor- Patient Recruitment Specialist (East Coast, U.S.)

Role Overview:

• This is a 1099 contract opportunity supporting high-volume vaccine/flu trial recruitment.
• You will provide remote, centralized recruitment support and serve as an early point of contact for prospective participants.
• The role may convert to full-time based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound leads in a timely, patient-centered manner.
• Pre-screen participants, schedule visits, and document interactions accurately across CTMS and other systems.
• Track outreach metrics and communicate with site teams and recruitment leadership.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in patient recruitment, call center, clinical research, or healthcare customer service.
• Strong phone presence and ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Attention to detail and comfort with medical terminology and protocol-driven eligibility.
