About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Patient Recruiter to support clinical research clients.
- This remote position plays a critical role in advancing medical research and improving patient lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential trial participants via calls and pre-screen for eligibility.
- Educate patients on trial participation and maintain accurate records in the tracking system.
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure timely follow-up and enrollment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Medical background (Bachelor's in healthcare-related field) and minimum 1 year clinical research experience.
- Minimum 2 years call center experience and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and virtual phone systems is a strong plus.
