New Patient Scheduling Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential patients to generate interest and secure appointments.
• Follow up consistently with new and warm leads through calls, texts, and emails.
• Manage and oversee multiple practice pipelines using HighLevel.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• You have proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, ideally within healthcare.
• You engage and build rapport easily in both English and Spanish.
• You're highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HighLevel.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
