Job Description

As the primary technical resource for the sales team, Sales Engineers drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities will include learning products and services, assisting Regional Vice Presidents, and representing the product to customers and at field events. Minimum Qualifications include experience in the Multi-family housing industry, as well as strong technical, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications include an Accounting background or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
