Knowledge Operations Analyst (SOPs & Consultations)

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Operations Analyst to own the structure, accuracy, and effectiveness of our comprehensive internal knowledge ecosystem. This critical role involves managing complex SOP libraries and operational documentation for a healthcare-focused organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all mission-critical knowledge is clear, accurate, and easily accessible—empowering teams to move faster, mitigate risks, and make informed decisions. You will develop, audit, and maintain detailed SOPs and operational content for a regulated, healthcare environment ensuring clarity, accuracy, usability, and compliance; manage real-time internal consultations via Slack, diagnose knowledge gaps, provide authoritative answers, and escalate as necessary; and deep dive into unclear or broken workflows, identify documentation deficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance operational clarity and efficiency.
