Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for Twilio Flex's TaskRouter system.
- Own technical direction for high-scale, business-critical services running on AWS.
- Lead design of large distributed systems changes covering scalability and fault isolation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of production-grade backend coding experience in modern languages like Java, Golang, or Python.
- Strong fundamentals in fault-tolerant distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and database design.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and shipping services following CI/CD.
