The role:

• This position is needed to help develop and deliver new capabilities in the Twilio Flex platform.
• You will be a member of a scrum team designing, implementing, owning, and operating microservices end-to-end in the cloud.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain highly scalable, distributed systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Flex platform services on AWS following microservices architecture principles.
• Own your services end-to-end, respond to incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and drive root cause analyses.
