Job Description
Your mission is deliver value to our paying customers through an effective and speedy onboarding, while being the voice of the customer internally. This means owning the onboarding of fast-growing companies from end to end, and delivering effective, speedy and thoughtful customer projects.
Success for you by month 3 means:
-You’re comfortably juggling ~35 live customers and 100% of your onboardings complete in <45 days.
-You run AI-augmented data extract projects and coach customers on AI workflows and best practice.
-You confidently serve as a technical expert — providing support to Customer Success and Sales teams, and actively participating as a technical voice in customer and prospect calls.
