ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK:

• You’ll guide customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live, owning implementations end-to-end.
• You’ll keep timelines tight, communication clear, and stakeholders aligned to deliver a seamless experience.
• You'll be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together and making a tangible impact for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Partner with customers to understand their requirements, and consult on optimal Miter configuration for their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation blockers quickly and calmly, maintaining trust with the customer.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements that will make launches smoother and faster.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3+ years of SaaS implementation/onboarding, consulting or project management experience.
• Customer-first mindset with high empathy and ownership.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
