Role Overview:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to licensing, partnership, vendor, and client contracts.
- Lead negotiations on complex licensing arrangements, balancing business needs and regulatory standards.
- Provide legal support to business stakeholders on commercial contracting matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts, preferably in market research.
- Strong knowledge of IP, content usage, and data licensing principles.
