Vice President of People

The Vice President of People will be responsible for driving towards outcomes such as building a World-Class Talent Acquisition Engine and fostering a High-Performance, Values-Centered Culture. This involves designing and managing a hiring plan, establishing strong recruiting processes, partnering with leadership to drive culture-behaviors, and embedding artifacts that reinforce company values. You will also establish and scale compliant, values-aligned systems & processes by iterating on leveling, compensation, and performance management frameworks. This role also includes building and leading a High-Performing People Operations Team,achieving industry-leading Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). This role requires experience scaling People/HR functions in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
