The Role:
- Interact with technical and business users to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
- Lead workshops and troubleshooting sessions with customer technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously articulate best practices to encourage optimal integration and platform adoption.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years with modern web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
