As a Customer Success Engineer, engage with users early in their adoption cycle to educate and train them on new technology. Consult with customers on the design of networking and security for their Kubernetes platform. Provide technical training to our users while also performing account management functions such as managing customer information, building relationships, understanding business requirements and advocating for our solution.
