VP, International Controller

About The Role:

• Lead all aspects of international accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple foreign entities and jurisdictions, adhering to strict close schedule
• Ensure compliance closed financial results with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and international regulatory frameworks
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance analyses for international entities

You Will:

• Partner with Tax, Legal, and Business Development to support global expansion, entity structuring, and cross-border transactions
• Manage external audits, statutory filings, and relationships with international auditors and advisors; demonstrate advanced critical thinking by resolving audit issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Design and implement scalable accounting processes, systems, and policies to support global growth

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience in the accounting profession required, with a minimum of 5 years in public accounting required
• CPA or international equivalent required
• Public company experience required
