Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full payroll cycle for Lithuanian and foreign entities, covering salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and leave.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Lithuanian regulations, file tax declarations, and reconcile payroll accounts.
- Support audits and collaborate with HR and external providers on employee data and payroll setups.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll accounting or administration.
- Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, payroll taxation (GPM, VSD, PSD), and reporting to VMI and SODRA.
- Strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and high attention to detail.
