Job Description

This role involves supporting the revenue process, reviewing operational data, and participating in process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales/Marketing Ops and extensive usage of HubSpot. Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies is essential. Strong SQL skills and experience with Salesforce are a plus.

The specialist will provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making. This also includes demonstrating thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer service data processes and operations.

Additionally, the role requires liaising with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization. Furthermore, the candidate must be proficient in English for daily use and has experience working in agile environments. Additional leave is offered in the event of the passing of loved ones, pet, or a wedding.
