-Define success criteria, identify impactful use cases, and drive broad user adoption.

Customer Lifecycle Management:
-Seamlessly manage the post-sale journey, including onboarding.
-Manage regular business reviews and renewal planning to ensure a positive experience and minimize churn.
-Coordinate internal resources across Support, Services, and Product to meet customer needs and manage escalations effectively.
