Job Description

As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via live chats and emails, providing accurate information about the company's products, and resolving cases in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, you will strive to achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager. The work schedule follows a 2/2 rotation, alternating between day and night shifts to ensure continuous coverage.
