Regional Director of Solutions Architect

dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Solutions Architecture to lead our Southeast Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success. The Regional Director of Solutions Architecture will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of our sales efforts, and will partner closely with our sales and broader Americas revenue team. The role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Solutions Architects, promoting a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team; Partnering with sales leadership, guiding GTM strategy, and participating in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
