Job Description

The Key Account Manager role focuses on:

-Optimizing strategy and ensuring KPI targets are met through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

-Presenting information to customers regarding upcoming game releases and opportunities.

-Liaising with in-house resources and operators to fulfill promotional campaigns.

The Key Account Manager is also responsible for:

-Maintaining effective key account relationships, acting as an intermediary between departments and customers.

-Providing root-cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.

-Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customer needs.

To succeed in this role:

-Previous experience in the online B2B or gaming industry is required.

-Must be analytical and have a passion for sales and problem-solving.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
