Key Responsibilities:
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Coordinate release readiness and deployment validation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, defect management, and SDLC.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.
