Job Description
The Sales Insights Analyst plays a critical role in shaping data-driven sales strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the sales funnel—from lead to install. The role is responsible for measuring performance across each stage of the funnel, evaluating return on investment (ROI), and using insights to guide leader decision-making. Using raw data, to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, transforming complex datasets to gain a holistic-view of employee metrics and automate processes to streamline output. They will deliver enterprise-wide dashboards & reports that improve visibility and understanding of sales metrics.
Maintaining high-level competency and alignment of key metrics, pipeline funnel, and KPIs as well as the ability to gain new skills within data analytics tools and systems will be key to success in this role. Improve visibility & understanding of the sales pipeline with granularity that enables our ability to track detailed performance through the funnel levels e.g. lead to install right down to rep level insight e.g. productivity by seller.
