Quant Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and ship vault strategies: take a strategy from thesis through implementation, deployment, and live operation.
• Optimize strategies: signals research, execution optimization, gas-aware rebalancing, liquidity management.
• Run protocol and asset due diligence: evaluate protocols, collateral assets, and chains for inclusion.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong Python and solid software-engineering fundamentals: testing, code review, durable abstractions.
• Applied quantitative skills: optimization, statistics, simulation, and model validation against real data.
• Production ownership: debugged live systems under pressure with a focus on correctness and monitoring.
