Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor, organize, and triage the CEO’s inbox to ensure no messages slip through the cracks. Draft polished email responses when appropriate. Track follow-ups, reminders, and pending action items.
Scheduling & Calendar Coordination: Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate time zones and ensure meeting details are accurate.
Administrative Support: Support the operations team and assist with light CRM management. Help maintain internal documentation in Google Workspace. Create and maintain simple trackers.
