Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal resource and capacity planning, focusing on optimizing consultant utilization across ongoing and planned projects.
  • Actively disposition internal and external resources in close coordination with project, department, and vertical leadership.
  • Support short and mid-term personnel planning and analyze bench capacity to derive suitable measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally in resource, project, or portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of consulting and project structures, high IT affinity, and experience steering near/offshore resources and subcontractors.
