About the Role:
- Fast-growing insurtech company scaling claims operations.
- Work directly with the CEO to bring structure and clarity.

What You'll Do:
- Own special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO.
- Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.
- Design scalable, data-driven processes and lead cross-functional problem solving.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/ops at a high-growth startup.
- Structured, data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to ambiguity.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
- Remote within the United States.
- Visa sponsorship available.
