Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and current-state assessments to understand workflows and friction points.
- Co-create AI-optimized workflows and ensure redesigned processes are measured and embedded.
- Establish trusted partnerships with senior leaders and teams to drive adoption.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in operating model or organizational design, transformation, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with value realization, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Self-directed leader with ability to move between strategic and operational levels.
