Senior Renewals Operations Manager

Process Transformation and Change:

• You will own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model, including workflows, handoffs, and governance.
• You will lead cross-functional process changes from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• You will identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and reduce operational friction.

Reporting, Analytics, and Forecasting:

• You will own the renewal reporting framework, including metric definitions, data sources, and reporting cadence.
• You will develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into renewal performance, forecast risk, and churn.
• You will partner with Finance and Data teams to improve forecast accuracy and strengthen confidence in renewal data.

AI and Automation Enablement:

• You will identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across renewals operations, reporting, and forecasting.
• You will design practical AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual research and surface risks.
• You will define appropriate guardrails for AI outputs and partner with stakeholders to scale solutions.
