Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Enterprise Segment Operations: Own Enterprise account territory design and strategy.
- Define key performance metrics and create dashboards to derive insights.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and identify growth opportunities.
SDR Operations, AI & Process Excellence:
- Own end-to-end SDR operations and process design.
- Define and manage SDR KPIs and reporting with real-time dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to design and launch AI GTM agents.
Our Vision of You:
- 7–8+ years of sales operations experience supporting enterprise segments.
- Experience launching AI agents or automation tools in a GTM context.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
