Customer Leadership:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of growth strategies across eCommerce customers.
- Own P&L performance for assigned accounts and analyze account performance using retailer platforms such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Walmart Luminate.
- Monitor competitive activity, search trends, and category dynamics to inform strategy.
Digital Shelf & System Leadership:
- Foster and grow relationships across the Bottler System, communicating trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing personnel.
- Present eCommerce performance, digital shelf metrics, and growth opportunities to internal leadership and bottler partners.
- Lead end-to-end digital shelf execution across assigned customers, including ownership of content strategy and asset development.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Brand, Content, Media, Supply Chain, and Insights teams to deliver a cohesive eCommerce strategy.
- Serve as the central point of contact for customer and digital shelf initiatives.
- Influence and align stakeholders on key initiatives including product launches and content updates.
