Job Description
In this role, reporting to the Director of Sales - App Install, you’ll play an integral role in client relationships and driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, and account expansion opportunities across Mobile First brands and agencies. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize performance for our customers. Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across our newest channel, App Install. Set up and launch App Install campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including MMP mapping/troubleshooting. Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings collaboratively with reports and cross-functional team members. Lead customer-facing communication for performance updates, including QBRs & other strategic meetings. Initiate performance investigations and work with Operations teams to tackle those and communicate any findings back to the client. Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.
Ideal candidate will be an ambitious, forward-thinking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make an immediate impact, must be comfortable working autonomously, as well as part of a team while also being a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail. Must have 2 - 3 years of relevant sales account management experience; preference for those managing User Acquisition at a DSP or Ad Network.
