Job Description

Job responsibilities include:

-Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Investigate and resolve escalated issues and perform root cause analysis.

-Application Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor application health using tools such as Grafana.

-Bug Fixing & Code Support: Collaborate with development teams to implement permanent solutions,develop functionality enhancements including lab instrument / device connections (CSV mapping).

Qualifications:

-Graduate Level of studies and/or Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.

-Minimum of 1 - 2 years similar working experience.

-Experience with Relational Databases (e.g.SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL).
