Responsibilities:
- Process and resolve credit balances from patients and insurance accounts.
- Document corrections, track payment activity, and prepare refund checks.
- Serve as backup to Payment Posting Representatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with 3+ years of relevant revenue cycle experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills.
