Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Looking for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Duties include managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction. Also includes keeping records of customer interactions, processing and updating customer accounts and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Must be proactive & confident with keen attention to details including tech savviness. This is a remote job based on experience and skills.
