Department and project:
- Position filled in the Tolling services team.
- The team consists of IT professionals working on electronic roadcharging solutions.
Main tasks:
- Lead Agile Teams in PI Planning, ensuring readiness and setting clear, achievable goals.
- Ensure that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the established timebox.
- Collaborate with product owner to manage the backog and help the team to ask the right questions to the stakeholders in order to improve backlog items objectives
Qualifications:
- Strong agile mindset with proven 3+ years experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally in a SAFe environment.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
