Role Responsibilities:
- Act as project manager for partner implementations and enhancements, coordinating with product and technology teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Support Partner Marketing Managers with ongoing requests, content changes, and by maintaining the support ticketing queue with clear communication.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, CRM upkeep, and the creation of sales collateral and partner presentations.

- Proactively anticipate the needs of the Partnership Marketing team and maintain a strong focus on partner experience and service levels.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities with high organization and attention to detail in a nimble environment.
- Be a team player eager to help improve processes and champion partner voices within the organization.
