You’ll manage customer onboarding, triage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues fast—keeping clients in the loop every step of the way. You will drive regular business reviews, optimize for customer experience, and translate feature requests into actionable wins. We need a tech pro with 3+ years in a customer-facing support role, cloud expertise and stellar communication skills.
