As a TAM, you’ll be the go-to advocate for customers in your region, acting as a bridge between Sales and Engineering. You’ll manage customer onboarding, triage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues fast; keeping clients in the loop every step of the way. You will drive regular business reviews, optimize for customer experience, and translate feature requests into actionable wins.
