Job Description
The Strategy Manager will develop Lantern's strategic vision identifying new verticals, assessing buy / build / partner strategies, and leading integrations. In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO, SVP of Strategy, CFO, and functional leaders across the organization. Key areas of ownership will include M&A, owning partnership development and hand-off to commercial, conducting due diligence and managing the process, and developing and overseeing post deal integration. This role also involves owning all market research to understand pain points for key audiences to drive strategic roadmap development and company thought leadership and establishing key strategic areas of growth / product extensions based on research and market feedback. Developing relationships with and tracking key market players / targets, conducting pre-deal / partnership diligence and market research, and assessing opportunities and developing a POV on strategy are also important. Key strategic partnerships will drive outsized growth. The role requires experience leading post merger integrations, a deep healthcare background / knowledge, and expertise in growth strategy development.
