Job Description
You will lead the multi-product purchasing strategy for Zapier’s AI orchestration platform by designing seamless ways for customers to buy and manage multiple subscriptions while blending usage- and outcome-based pricing models. You’ll own the continuous planning roadmap, driving 0-to-1 initiatives through iterative delivery and A/B testing. Translating customer feedback into actionable product opportunities that balance user needs with financial goals is essential for advancing trust, retention, and long-term revenue growth. This role supports pricing experiments and adapts monetization mechanics across the product lifecycle.
