Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy access controls, authorization policies, and automated workflows on the Veza platform.
  • Gather requirements and lead stakeholder workshops from kickoff to production deployments.
  • Translate complex access policies into actionable technical controls for security leaders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IAM architecture or security consulting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in IGA platforms, authorization graphs, and access discovery.

Technical Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and automated provisioning workflows.
  • Mastery of RBAC, ABAC, and Principle of Least Privilege.
  • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, or SQL for integrations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay of $123,900 to $216,800 depending on location, plus equity and variable incentives.
