GTM Leader

Define and own the company’s GTM strategy across protocol, app, and ecosystem. Translate vision into actionable narratives, distribution channels, and measurable outcomes, partnering with Product and Engineering to align launches with strategic growth priorities. Design and execute strategies for acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple audiences—developers, partners, and end users. Build and lead GTM functions including Business Development, Design, and Partnerships, defining success metrics, operating cadence, and performance frameworks. Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and experimentation and recruit and mentor a high-performing, mission-driven team. Craft compelling narratives that communicate the value of secure, private, interoperable communication and represent XMTP Labs externally with press, partners, and industry leaders.
