Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Poka, you will own your territory, building and managing a high-impact pipeline of enterprise manufacturing prospects in Europe. Responsibilities include leading the full enterprise sales cycle, guiding multiple stakeholders through a consultative journey, and bringing fresh ideas to prospecting and winning. Partner closely with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless buyer journey and long-term customer value. Represent Poka at industry events, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
Track progress in Salesforce, forecast with accuracy, and contribute insights that shape the sales strategy and accelerate growth. The role requires 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software solution sales, familiarity with manufacturing, and the ability to travel across Europe up to 40%.
