Closing Operations Specialist - Broker

The Role:

• Serve as the central point of contact for mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to keep closings moving forward.
• Coordinate final figures, balance loan documents, and facilitate remote online notarization.

Responsibilities:

• Review and balance settlement statements with title and escrow partners, resolving discrepancies before execution.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and answer questions to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Proactively resolve closing issues, track outstanding items, and support post-close tasks.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of loan closing experience, ideally with manufactured housing or wholesale lending.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple closings in a fast-paced environment.
