About the Role:
- Serve as the Bank's primary point of contact throughout the USDA loan closing process.
- Coordinate with borrowers, guarantors, legal counsel, brokers, title companies, USDA representatives, and other third-party vendors.
What You Will Do:
- Identify, collect, review, and validate all documentation required for closing, including USDA-specific eligibility, environmental, appraisal, collateral, and guarantee-related requirements.
- Partner with internal and external legal counsel to prepare, review, and finalize loan documentation.
- Monitor closing timelines, proactively identify delays, and escalate risks as needed.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.
- 2-3 years of Government Guaranteed Lending closing experience.
