Omnidian is looking for a Senior People Strategy Consultant to lead impactful initiatives that will strengthen their People function and business operating system during a critical growth phase. This contract role is perfect for a senior HR operator experienced in organizational design, strategic people programs, and change management, with a systems-thinking mindset for scaling companies.
You will advise on team structure, role architecture, and leadership design; partner with Talent and Finance to create scalable workforce planning models; guide change management and communication around org shifts; build and evolve planning cadences, cross-functional workflows, and execution systems; leverage Lattice, their People Management Platform, to support programs like career frameworks, performance enablement, and role clarity; and facilitate planning cycles, retrospectives, and accountability practices.
