Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision and strategy for our agentic AI conversation platform. We are developing new automation capabilities at a rapid pace given the recent advancements in GenAI, and this is a great opportunity to dive headfirst and deliver differentiated products to the market. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our future product landscape, and will work closely with the Application Engineering, Machine Learning, and GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery) to integrate cutting-edge Machine Learning technologies into our product suite to deliver unparalleled value to our customers on a large scale. Engage with customers and end-users to understand needs and translate insights into product enhancements and new automation opportunities. Lead key initiatives for Replicant’s Conversation Automation product, turning Replicant’s vision of the next-generation contact center into reality. Translate that vision to practical and executable experiments and products. Work with a cross-functional Engineering, Design, and GTM team to deliver generative AI-powered solutions that solve customer needs and drive business value. Define and measure business outcomes and metrics from deployed solutions. Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the field of LLMs and AI, and ensure Replicant remains a leader in this space. Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and leadership across the company.
