Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic HR assessments evaluating structure, capacity, processes, and opportunities for transformation.
  • Perform organizational assessments examining design, staffing, governance, and culture.
  • Design and execute assessment activities including document review, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Deliverables:

  • Develop clear, actionable deliverables such as assessment reports, gap summaries, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Create presentation materials and facilitate validation discussions with clients.
  • Provide recommendations for HR operating models and service delivery improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of experience in HR consultation, organizational assessment, or management consulting.
  • Deep expertise in strategic HR assessment, organizational design, or workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
