Job Description

This interim role is a parental leave coverage up to 12 months. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic partner & advisor to hiring leaders, engaging top talent to Camunda and owning the full cycle recruitment process. They will be responsible for driving new processes across TA, collaborating with other team members on initiatives and spearheading the implementation of enhancements to how we operate as a full service TA model. This role will directly impact our engineering and product hiring, ensuring we meet our business objectives for these departments in alignment with our headcount plan. You will produce results in alignment with Camunda’s headcount plan and business objectives in terms of company growth and scaling our teams globally. You will also create an inclusive and accessible world-class hiring and candidate experience. Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing talent acquisition strategy. Source and identify untapped talent markets and expertise for Camunda. You will be working closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team on strategic projects and initiatives.
